Freegal and hoopla are popular ways to get music downloads, Zinio lets you look at magazines, and the travel e-book collection will take you all over the world.
And, if the weather is nice, you can try out these Seattle options that are free or low cost: the Seattle Gum Wall at Pike Place Market, the Fremont Troll, the Kubota Garden, Alki Beach, the Ballard Locks, the Center for Wooden Boats, and the waterfall park near Pioneer Square.
