Books and Their Blogs

I started following Elsie Larson’s blog A Beautiful Mess in February of 2009. I also followed her sister’s blog Food Coma until she officially moved over to A Beautiful Mess amessnd together those two have created DIY wonderment.

With their amazing sense of style they create a vibrant and project-filled adventure with each new post. Delicious food recipes for any occasion (even when you’ve got that sweet tooth), their creative take on space and design, and letting us look into their lives by sharing their stories of love and everyday homemade life…it’s a beautiful mess.

Check out their book A Beautiful Mess: Happy Handmade Home: Painting, Crafting, and Decorating a Cheerful, More Inspiring Space!
